In June 2020, NU Projects and Koja Design announced a working arrangement with the art consultancy Art Concepts London. Below is the feature that ran in their newsletter at the time.
Art Concepts London, Koja Design Studio and NU Projects joined forces on the arrangement. Through it, ACLDN could place pieces from its portfolio in the spaces Koja and NU designed and built.
“We are excited to be a part of this esteemed and highly sought after team of design creators,” said Ann-Charlotte, founder of ACLDN, at the time.
Koja Design Studio worked on high end residential and commercial design, and gave clients the tools and the advice to settle a scheme. They undertook research and analysis of a client’s needs, personality and lifestyle before starting each design concept.
NU Projects covers design, fit-out and construction under one contract. That includes planning permissions, building control, structural engineers and party wall surveyors, on a renovation or a basement.
Art Concepts London (ACLDN) described itself as a global art consultancy working with the hospitality sector, property developers, architects, interior designers and private collectors.
This is a 2020 note, kept for the record. It is not a description of a current arrangement.
See the projects pages for completed work, and interiors for what NU covers.
