Turn key services

Architecture
Whether you are extending, reconfiguring or building from scratch, our architectural designers draw a scheme that makes the most of the space and sits properly against the existing architecture. We prepare and submit the planning application and take the job through building control.
Project management
Running a construction project is a job in itself, so we do it. Your project manager coordinates the trades and the suppliers and reports to you on cost and programme while the work is running.
Renovations
A whole house renovation is the chance to make everything work together: layouts, stairs, bathrooms, services, storage and finishes. We handle the strip out, the structural work, the installation and the finishing.
Extensions
An extension adds space and, drawn properly, improves the rooms that were already there. We take it from the planning application through to construction.
Basements
If you want more living space without building outwards, a basement adds a floor under the footprint. Planning, structure, waterproofing and fit out are handled as one project rather than as separate jobs.
