Turn key services
We handle the whole process, from first concept and design through construction to completion. Planning, sourcing, the trades and the programme are ours to run. You approve the decisions rather than chase them.
Interior design
Good interior design is more than what a room looks like. It is whether the room works. Our interior designers start with how you use the house. They then take it through colours, finishes, joinery, furniture and lighting. All of it is drawn and scheduled before the price is fixed.
Architecture
You may be extending, reconfiguring or building from scratch. Our architectural designers draw a scheme that makes the most of the space. It also sits properly against the existing architecture. We prepare and submit the planning application and take the job through building control.
Project management
Running a construction project is a job in itself, so we do it. Your project manager coordinates the trades and the suppliers. They report to you on cost and programme while the work is running.
Renovations
A whole house renovation is the chance to make everything work together. That includes layouts, stairs, bathrooms, services, storage and finishes. We handle the strip out, the structural work, the installation and the finishing.
Extensions
An extension adds space and, drawn properly, improves the rooms that were already there. We take it from the planning application through to construction.
Basements
Do you want more living space without building outwards? A basement adds a floor under the footprint. Planning, structure, waterproofing and fit out are handled as one project. They are not separate jobs.
