NU Projects is a design and build company working across West London, from our studio on Fulham High Street. We cover high-end residential and commercial work, and we run the design and the construction as one service.

We also build for offices, retail and hospitality, where the programme and the out-of-hours working matter as much as the finish.
5. Basement conversions
A basement takes the rooms that do not need daylight and frees the floors above. Waterproofing, ventilation and drainage are designed as one system rather than three.
6. Smart home and sustainable building
Lighting control, automation and energy-efficient systems coordinated with the structure by our in-house MEP team, so the cable routes exist before the plaster does.
