A house is not only bricks and mortar. NU Projects works with the client, the architects and the interior designers to produce something that suits how the house will be used. Design and build under one contract is what removes the gaps between a drawing, a price and a site.
4. How the quality is held
Materials are specified before they are ordered, and the work is inspected against that specification. Programme and budget are written down and reported against. That is what a finish depends on.
