We are thrilled to announce our latest venture, a comprehensive renovation project set to commence next week in Wimbledon. The job runs from expanding the living space through to the interior design, and turns a tired property into a modern family house.
Scope of the project
The upcoming renovation project promises to be an ambitious undertaking, encompassing several key areas:
1. Ground floor and second floor extensions
One of the major highlights of this project will be the extension of both the ground and second floors of the property. These extensions will increase the overall living space and provide room for creative design opportunities.
2. Extended canopy
The addition of an extended canopy will not only enhance the property’s kerb appeal but also offer practical benefits such as sheltered outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
3. Garage conversion
The garage conversion is another exciting aspect of this renovation. By repurposing this space, we will create additional room for various purposes, whether that is a home office, a gym or a quiet sitting room.
4. Interior design updates
In addition to the structural changes, we will be implementing a series of interior design updates to revamp the property’s aesthetics and functionality. These updates include:
New kitchen island: The heart of the home, the kitchen, will feature a new island that combines style with practicality, providing a central hub for cooking and gathering.
Internal doors: Upgrading the internal doors will enhance privacy and improve the overall flow and visual appeal of the property’s interior spaces.
New flooring and tiles: Carefully selected flooring and tiles will bring the property a fresh and modern look. This includes high-quality materials that are not only visually appealing but also durable.
Principal en suite: the main bedroom gets a redesigned en suite, with contemporary fixtures and finishes.
