Luxury design and build in Kensington

NU Projects works on design and build. It operates in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The company has been building here since 2010. It works on houses, flats and commercial spaces across the borough.

Nick Jeffries founded the company for one contract covering a house’s design and construction. That has been the shape of the service from the start.

From brief to building. Every client brings a different brief and a different property. The property may be residential or commercial. Either way, the design and construction team starts from what the client actually wants. From the initial concept to the final execution, we work closely with you. We ensure that every aspect of your project suits your preferences and lifestyle.

One design and construction process. The strength of the model is that it covers the whole job. Our integrated approach to design and construction covers every stage of the project. We handle all of it. This streamlines the process. It ensures a smooth and efficient journey from start to finish. Our seasoned professionals oversee every step. You can rest assured that your project is in capable hands.

Working in Kensington and Chelsea. We know the borough, its conservation areas and what its planners look for. Our designs are carefully crafted to harmonise with the architectural beauty of the area. They also infuse modern elements that breathe new life into the spaces we create. It may be a classic townhouse or a contemporary penthouse. Either way, our designs pay homage to the spirit of Kensington and Chelsea.

How the standard is held. Materials are specified before they are ordered. The work is inspected against that specification. That is what a finish depends on, rather than any claim about it.
