Turn key design and build in Chelsea

Are you looking for one company to handle the whole job? That could cover interior design, architecture, project management, renovations, extensions and basements. NU Projects is a West London design and build company. All of those sit inside one appointment here.

Every house is different. So every scheme is drawn for the house rather than picked from a range. Below is what each part of the service actually involves.

Interior design

Our interior designers start with how the house is used. They also look at what you already own. Then they take it through layout, materials, lighting and joinery. Contemporary or traditional, the drawings and schedules are done before the price is fixed.

Architecture

Our architectural designers draw houses that work as well as they look. The scheme is developed with you from the first sketch to the construction drawings. It is tested against what the building and the borough will allow.

Project management

Project management is what decides whether a good design survives the build. You get one project manager. You hear from them while the work is happening rather than after it.

Renovations

Kitchens, bathrooms, structural changes or the whole house. We build the plan around the budget you have told us about. We do not build it around one we assume.

Extensions

If you need more space, look at an extension first. The hard part is the junction with the existing house. That is why the detail is drawn rather than left to site. From the planning application to the final construction.

Basements

An unused cellar is floor area you already own. It could become a home office, a gym or a cinema room. The waterproofing, drainage and ventilation are designed as one system. Published rates for basement work are on our cost calculator.

It might be interiors, architecture, project management or a renovation. It might be an extension or a basement. It is one appointment. Tell us about the property, or call the studio on 020 7731 6841.
