Every house is different, so every scheme is drawn for the house rather than picked from a range. Below is what each part of the service actually involves.
Interior design
Our interior designers start with how the house is used and what you already own, then take it through layout, materials, lighting and joinery. Contemporary or traditional, the drawings and schedules are done before the price is fixed.
Architecture
Our architectural designers draw houses that work as well as they look. From the first sketch to the construction drawings, the scheme is developed with you and tested against what the building and the borough will allow.
Project management
Project management is what decides whether a good design survives the build. You get one project manager, and you hear from them while the work is happening rather than after it.
Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms, structural changes or the whole house. We build the plan around the budget you have told us about, rather than around one we assume.
Extensions
If you need more space, an extension is usually the first thing to look at. The hard part is the junction with the existing house, which is why the detail is drawn rather than left to site. From the planning application to the final construction.
Basements
An unused cellar is floor area you already own. A home office, a gym or a room to watch films in, with the waterproofing, drainage and ventilation designed as one system. Published rates for basement work are on our cost calculator.
