2024 is done and 2025 has started, so this is a good moment to look back at the year and say what we are doing next. It was a busy one.
Looking back at 2024
The team got bigger, and we completed some of the largest home renovations in London. The work ran from bespoke interiors through to complex structural builds, which is the range this studio is set up for.
What we kept coming back to was communication. Clients hear from their project manager while the work is running, not after it.
What 2025 looks like
The plan for 2025 is straightforward. Keep taking on fine home renovations in London, and keep growing the team that does them.
What we are aiming at
From concept to completion, we want to hand over houses that are built properly and that suit how the people in them actually live. That is the whole of it.
Building the team
In 2025 we are taking on architectural designers, interior designers, project managers and quantity surveyors. The studio only works because those four sit in the same room.
The work itself
Penthouses through to listed townhouses. Our 12 stage process is how a detail gets decided once and then built, rather than decided three times on site.
Clients who come back
Most of our work arrives through people we have already built for. That only happens if the job was straight, so that is the thing we watch.
