We are proud to announce Nu's involvement in carrying out some minor property upgrades to this very special piece of history. As we embark on this project, we do so with a deep sense of responsibility to preserve the historical significance and architectural beauty that defines this house.

The Scope of the Project Our task, while minor in comparison to the weight of history it carries, is no less important. We will be upgrading various aspects of the property to ensure its continued functionality and security while respecting its heritage. The project includes: New Light Fittings. Our team will carefully select and install new light fittings that harmonize with the house's character. These fixtures will illuminate the space and enhance its aesthetic appeal, providing a warm and inviting ambiance. New Security System. Preserving the integrity of the property is of paramount importance. A new security system will be seamlessly integrated to safeguard the house without compromising its historic charm.

New Audio System with Triad Speakers. We will introduce a state-of-the-art audio system with Triad speakers to bring modern comforts to this historic abode. This will enable the occupants to enjoy music and entertainment while maintaining the property's elegance. New French Door and Plantation Shutters. A significant part of the upgrade involves the installation of a new French door and plantation shutters. These additions will enhance the property's visual appeal and improve energy efficiency and privacy. Outdoor Oasis. In addition to the interior enhancements, we are delighted to announce the creation of an exquisite outdoor space. A new tiled surface will transform an underutilized area into an inviting terrace. This space will be perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

Barbecue Area. A designated barbecue area will be set up as part of the outdoor transformation. This addition will allow the occupants to savor the joys of outdoor cooking and dining, enhancing the property's appeal for leisure and entertainment. Our Commitment.
