200 Year Old House Gets The Full Design & Build Treatment.

We Did'nt Expect That - 200 Year Old House Renovation Welcome back to our West London renovation series! This week, we have some exciting progress to share: Strip Out Completed: The strip-out phase is officially complete. We've gone the extra mile by removing all the old plaster from the walls, revealing the original 200-year-old bricks. Unfortunately, these bricks are in relatively poor condition, but they offer a fascinating glimpse into the building's history. Awaiting Engineers' Report: We are currently awaiting the engineers' report before proceeding with the removal of the chimneys. Safety and precision are our top priorities, and this report will guide our next steps. Joist Replacement: We have decided to replace the old joists with modern Pozi Joists. This upgrade will ensure a more robust and more durable structure for the future. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue transforming this historic property.
