Multi-Million Pound House Gets A Luxury Makeover By Jordana Ashkenazi

NU Projects is currently transforming a beautiful luxury home on Martineau Drive, near Richmond, with the project now reaching an exciting stage.

Led by a full interior design package, this home is being carefully reshaped with bespoke joinery, refined finishes and a clear design vision throughout. The result is already looking exceptional, even before the final stages are complete.

In the latest project walkthrough, Jordana Ashkenazi takes viewers inside the property to show the transformation as it develops. The home is currently in the decorating stage, with key design elements beginning to come together and the craftsmanship becoming clear across each room.

A Full Interior Design Package

This project is not simply a refurbishment. It is a fully considered interior design scheme, developed to improve the way the home looks, feels and functions.

Every detail has been reviewed, from the flow of the spaces to the finishes, materials and fitted furniture. The design approach is calm, elegant and tailored to the property, creating a home that feels both luxurious and practical.

Bespoke joinery has played a major role in the transformation. Designed specifically for the house, the joinery adds storage, structure and character while helping each room feel finished and intentional.

Bespoke Joinery Throughout

One of the standout features of the Martineau Drive project is the bespoke joinery design.

Rather than relying on standard furniture or off the shelf solutions, the home has been designed with made to measure pieces that suit the proportions and style of each space. This gives the property a more refined and cohesive feel.

Bespoke joinery is one of the most effective ways to elevate a luxury home. It allows awkward areas to be used intelligently, improves storage and creates a level of detail that standard furniture cannot achieve.

At Martineau Drive, the joinery is helping to define the quality of the project.

Kitchen Extension Approved

Planning permission has now been granted for a kitchen extension, which is another major step forward for the property.

The kitchen is often the centre of a modern family home, and this extension will allow the space to become larger, brighter and better connected. Once complete, it will add another layer to the transformation and significantly enhance the way the home is used day to day.

With the extension now approved, there is still plenty more to come on this project.

Decorating Stage Underway

The property is currently in the decorating stage, which is where the design vision begins to fully come to life.

This phase is about precision. Wall finishes, paint colours, detailing and final surfaces all need to work together to create a calm and high quality interior. Good decorating should feel effortless, but behind it is careful preparation, coordination and attention to detail.

At Martineau Drive, the finishes are already showing the standard of the overall project.

A Detailed Project Walkthrough

In the video, Jordana Ashkenazi walks through the home and explains the design progress, craftsmanship and finishes that are shaping the transformation.

The walkthrough gives a clear view of the work taking place and shows how each element is contributing to the final result. From interior design to joinery and decoration, the project reflects the level of control and detail expected in a high quality residential transformation.

More to Come

Martineau Drive is already looking impressive, but the project is still evolving.

With the decorating stage underway and the kitchen extension now approved, the next phase will bring even more transformation. As the final finishes are completed and the new extension progresses, this Richmond home will continue to develop into a beautifully designed luxury property.
