#nu takes a proactive approach to manage projects; in addition to driving the project forward, our Contracts Managers will determine the construction sequence and complete the risk assessment method statements and crane lift plans.

Our Contracts Managers are the Client’s single point of contact from receipt of order. Projects are launched internally before establishing a programme of works based on the Client’s requirements.
Our project team and supply chain work collaboratively to ensure the programme is adhered to. We pride ourselves on smooth project delivery, ensuring successful completion and handover are achieved.
The Contracts team at #nu have a wealth of experience in the construction industry, and although the core of our knowledge is in structural steelwork, our Contracts Managers are competent in the successful delivery of associated sub-trades, including roofing and cladding
Having the ability to deliver the complete package offers our clients the benefit of having a single point of contact who will ensure successful integration of trades whilst significantly reducing administration and management time.
