Chelsea Terraced House

A whole-house design and build project in Chelsea, delivering a family home across four floors to a refined contemporary specification. The scope included full structural reconfiguration, bespoke joinery throughout, a custom media and shelving installation, and a dedicated cinema room finished in deep lacquered panelling.

The interiors balance warmth with restraint — natural materials, considered colour, and craftsmanship that holds up to close inspection. NU Projects managed the entire process from planning through to snagging and handover.
