Abingdon Road South Kensington

A landmark new build commission on Abingdon Road, one of South Kensington's most sought-after streets. NU Projects delivered two architecturally designed new build houses, each 6,500 sq ft across multiple floors, with triple basement structures, one of the most technically demanding project types in prime London residential construction.

The total build cost across both properties was £8 million, reflecting the complexity and scale of the commission. The triple basement configuration required specialist structural engineering, deep excavation, waterproofing and phased programme management of the highest order.

Both houses were delivered under a single design and build contract, with NU Projects managing every stage from planning through to handover.
